Great service and was able to get my traffic ticket dismissed

Mr. Valdez did a great job in helping me for my traffic violations. Since I was out-of-the country when I was supposed to appear in court, Mr. Valdez had greatly represented me on my behalf. His staff are so helpful and quick in processing my documents. Guys, if you are in need of a legal assistance on your traffic violation, Mr. Glen Valdez’s office can really help you.

I would probably find a different lawyer. In my experience, They will tell you you don't need to go to the trial, they will represent you at the trial, they will come to an agreement with the judge, they will call you to verify that you agree to the terms, then they will agree with the judge to an entirely different set of terms. When you contact their office, they will give you the run-around and tell you they will contact the court to fix it, they won't (not sure if they didn't actually call or didn't actually follow up to the call). Then you will be stuck dealing with the terms that you did not agree to and there isn't anything you can do about it. It will probably take weeks for them to call you back when they promised a call within the week; that is, if they call you back at all. like i said, you should probably find a different group to represent you.

CANNOT recommend this law firm enough to fight NM tickets.

I’ve used Mr. Valdez’s service twice in my lifetime. Once for a moving violation coming from ABQ through Tucumcari while in my way to a travel nurse assignment in Wisconsin. THE OFFICER PULLED ME OUT OF MY TRUCK HAND ON FIREARM 10 out of 10 Stars, the amount of time invested, research, listening to me what happened during my traffic stop actually taking notes/documenting, and even the long drive time to a Shady Podunk one horse town. That has a one time a month Court in session day in the back 50 of some farmers' land. LOL, the back-and-forth that this Law Firm had to deal with, oh, and the mountain of paperwork that they filled out on my behalf. It's just magical how many can complete all of these over-the-top efforts for what I feel is way too low of price here in 2022. Of course, Glen Smith was able to have this traffic citation squashed. They filed a motion that I didn't even have to even be present, O'yea. I wish I was there, though. I bet the whole courtroom felt like they had just been run over by a Mack truck. PERFECT EXECUTION YALL, thanks again.

As a CDL driver I was wrongfully accused of not wearing a seatbelt. Mr. Valdez almost had the officer in tears by the end of the trial when I was acquitted. I highly recommend him to anyone. Money well spent.
