I received a "reckless driving" citation on 7/30/21 by an overzealous state trooper out of Cibola County, NM after being hit by a semi-truck. The forensics indicated that my car was the one that was hit off the road yet the officer baselessly concluded that I was driving while fatigued (incident occured after midnight) and therefore was the "at-fault" party despite no witnesses and a trail of damage indicating that my vehicle had been sideswiped off the I-40. I was still recovering from the incident when the state sent me a letter to my home in Arizona indicating I had been cited for that incident despite all evidence available at the scene pointing to the contrary. Despite being from AZ and not NM, I stayed in town to be by my wife while she recovered in the ICU and also to look for not just any attorney, but the best traffic attorney. My search led me to Mr. Glenn Valdez of Ticket Fox. Right from the initial phone call, I was treated like a close friend asking a favor.
