Unprofessional and rude behavior from some staff members
“Horrible experience. My Mother and I just came for an update on her case since her paralegal unexpectedly Left. Elias was the one that took over her case after. We simply came in for an update of what was going on and Elias came in very aggressive. We were simply asking what was going on with the case and he kept speaking to us in a demeaning way and as if we were in the wrong for asking for updates on the case.”
