The employee's are very courteous, professional and always in good spirits. They make their client feel very reassured. My wife and I very much appreciate all they did, especially Marlo. Marlo is a very hard worker and gets you the most possible.

I had an exceptional experience with this firm. The team is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about their clients. From the very beginning, they were responsive and professional. I felt supported and confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. They really go above and beyond for their clients!

I contacted Erica Anderson's office four times, and still, "the team" never got back to me. Each time I called, the phone rang 7 or 8 times before someone picked up. They took down all my information and understood that I needed an attorney for workplace discrimination.
Each time I called, they found me in their system, and each time, they said someone would get back to me. On the fourth call, I was told my call would be "escalated to the team." That was last Friday morning. Now it's Tuesday, and I still have not heard a word from them.
In reading the other reviews, the firm's excuse for poor service is simply that they have no records of said client. My, my! How very convenient! That just tells me they are lousy record keepers. I hope they don't pull that with me because, like I said, they found a record of all my calls each time I contacted them.
Some of these one-star reviews are heartbreaking! But Erica Anderson's "team" is sorry for the inconvenience. That is utterly pathetic. They're sorry. What a dumpster load! I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet. The last thing we need while being discriminated against is a lousy, poorly trained, and disorganized legal team that turns over constantly. High turnover means toxic work place. No thanks.
I don't feel like Erica Anderson's "team" takes discrimination or clients in need very seriously. Why can't Albuquerque get a decent law firm that actually handles discrimination cases properly? 🙄

Called with questions about an ADA case but whoever answered the phone was rude as hell and didn’t know anything she was saying. After reading the reviews I must’ve dodged a bullet with this firm. Considering I only had a 3 minute phone call with a moron safe to say I firmly believe the bad reviews. Seems like they only care once you give them a bad review. Glad I didn’t get cheated out of my money but definitely need to warn people this place is not where you wanna put your trust or your money.

Mitchel Olson is an outstanding attorney. From my first interaction through our final meeting, Mitchel was professional, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend him and his office for trust and estate legal assistance.

I would definitely not recommend this law firm. Nobody knows anything until you leave a bad review. Visited the office about 4/5 months ago regarding my son’s lawsuit settlement. Was told he was awarded $55k minus the medical bills and the firms 33% cut. Now a new paralegal is telling me my son should get about $12k after everything. Always someone new on the case, and to me that shows they have problems retaining staff. Not to mention my son was awarded this money last year, and someone besides him is earning interested on his money.
