I have had Barbara Arbuckle represent me on three separate legal matters over the last 17 years. The most complex case of the three was my divorce, which my now ex-husband involved our children in a felony, his refusal to manage our daughters chronic medical condition which resulted in her having a life-threatening emergency, his continued threats against my life, and his refusal to separate marital assets. Mrs. Arbuckle immediately address each issue as it arose, ensuring the safety of our children and myself throughout the time this case was active. She continually educated me on how each issue would be handled, the need for ancillary involvement (Children Protective Services) and obtained a restraining order for my safety. With each new obstacle thrown at us by my ex-husband and his legal team, she overcame their disputes and often turned them into an advantage for me. She was able to prove to the courts what was true and false, exposing the many lies and deceptions given by my ex-husband. Her tireless work and dedication to my family speaks for itself. I could only presume that anything negative said against Mrs. Arbuckle would have to come from someone she opposed in court and beat, not from the person she represents.
