Wish I could give no stars but google wont let me do not use him for federal cases and the saying is true you get what you pay for. My husband and I used himfor a federal case he told us on the day prior to sentencing he was going to say all these things to the judge when it was his time to speak he acted like he never spoke in front of a judge before mumbling and stuttering the whole time let the DA say lies about my husband and is now serving time he doesn't care about people he will tell you everything you want to hear to get your money and once he gets it he will do the bare minimum to fight for you.

** BEWARE ** The Aragon Law Firm is not reliable; please do not use this Law Firm! I tell you this sincerely from my experience. This Law Firm made messes with my civil cases, to say the least! I trusted Mr. Aragon with my civil cases and he, along with his staff failed me time and time again. I gave him a $5,000 retainer and a $2,000 retainer to take my second case; the communication was nonexistent. I was never able to talk directly with Mr. Aragon, a week would go by and I still would not get a return call. Eventually I would talk to his secretary, or his assistant Will Jenkins but they never could answer my questions with clarity. Many of times they dropped the ball on critical deadlines with the scheduling order, and discovery to the point of Judge Davis calling Mr. Aragon out publicly in the court room, telling him " You have failed your client, with all the years of experience you have, I am disappointed in you!" Because of the failure of Mr. Aragon not following through with providing discovery evidence in a timely manner, I had to settle for mediation. Following Mediation, Mr. Aragon advised me that I would receive the details of the agreement to review for accuracy, I never received it. What I did receive was a Mediation agreement that was not what we agreed upon in Mediation, signed off by Mr. Aragon on my behalf, without my knowledge. Mr. Aragon allowed the opposing parties attorney to type the so called agreement, it was not what we agreed upon in mediation. Mr. Aragon had no notes taken from mediation to provide to me. Of course I was shocked and just furious with Mr. Aragon; my case was sabotaged! I asked that we take the case to trial and plead with Judge Davis. Mr. Aragon demanded that I would just agree to the Mediation. I couldn't agree to the Mediation because it was not the agreement that was made in mediation. I denied Mr. Aragon's demand. The next day I received a motion for withdrawal, Mr. Aragon abandoned my case, he quit on me. I received a statement from his office with outrageous charges, charges that clearly weren't mine; they had a business name listed on the totals. Charges that were billed for conversations I had with Mr. Aragon's assistant Will Jenkins, billed at the attorney rate of $350 per hour. Thousand dollar charges for preparation that I know did not take the time billed for; nickel and diming me for emails and copies. My statement balance was higher than what Mr. Aragon wanted me to settle for. When I asked for clarity on the charges and expressed my concerns of the amounts, he could not explain. I told Mr. Aragon that I was going to the file a complaint with the board against his law firm, Mr. Aragon sent a sorry letter and relieved me of any charges. He also admitted that he never filed the complaint for my second civil case after previously telling me it was in the filling process, and returned my $2,000 retainer. I was just in tears, devastated. I was shocked to hear that he did the same thing to my friend that I had referred to the Law Firm. Mr. Aragon took her retainer of $3,000 and never followed through. They arrested her at her place of employment because Mr. Aragon failed to notify her of a court date. PLEASE, do not do business with this Law Firm!
