One review here hit the nail on the head, Don’t mess around & hire Ben Decker(!). I went to Ben for my 2nd aplication and & it was closed in 11 months. You need someone whose a fighter & I think Ben may be the only attorney in town that is. Best of all he’ll tell you what you need to hear not what you want to. He explains what you need to do and to expect. I’m so glad & grateful I used his firm to Represent me. So if you’re on here for a knowledgeable, aggressive, & competent lawer look no more. Plus, his staff is very helpful and nice. I wish I would have used him first. Good luck
