When I met Ben Decker I came to him when this other attorney lost my case for SSI. Upon meeting him he was very kind, caring and helpful. He has always been very helpful in answering any questions I had. He always took his time to make sure that I understood everything he was explaining to me about my case. I applied for Social Security Disability on my own and got denied. The process of filing on my own was daunting. I had several conversations with Social Security and kept giving them information only to be denied. My hearing was conducted by phone where the judge and and experts asked questions and gave opinions on my case. Almost a year after filing I got my Social Security disability. I got a reference for this law firm to help with going thru the SSI/SSDI process. I called, they made a virtual appt for my son and me for next week. Two hours later, the meeting was cancelled and form email was sent out saying they could not take the case, with no explanation at all. Horrible customer service.
