Great attorney!

Very pleased with the outcome, they got me the optimimal amount I could possibly recieve.

I was involved in a car accident in December 2017. My settlement was given to me last week. I was extremely disappointed. I first met with Mark Caruso in an interview and it went wonderful until my case was given to a paralegal who did not communicate with me effectively throughout the whole process - his name is Marc Rushing. I then requested a different paralegal, but she was worse than one prior. When I addressed my concerns with Mark Caruso, he placed me back with the original paralegal that I started with going against my wishes. I DID NOT get any compensation that was worth my time. I only got back what would have covered my time lost at work for personal and sick days. I addressed my concerns at the time of my settlement with the office manager and she stated she would look into my case and call me back because it was "unacceptable". It has been a week and I still haven't heard from their office. They give you gift card movie passes while you give them a 5 star rating on Google in their office. I refused. The paralegal could've waited before submitting my paperwork to the insurance company so that I could've have provided him with the paperwork needed to fully compensate my losses. My attorney pocketed the same amount as I did meaning it really wasn't 30/70 as they proclaim. I have documentation and proof for anyone that reaches out and would like to see it. It's really a shame and most of these reviews are probably due to bribing for a good review. Anyone knows a wreck is one of the most stressful things anyone has to go through and I would not recommend Caruso Law.

***Update*** My case has been settled!! Accidents are overwhelming but the friendly staff over at Caruso Law Offices definitely work hard to help ease your mind. Thank you Caruso Law Offices!!!
