Honestly, only in New Mexico do they incorrectly record your email and then blame you for it. I scheduled 3-4 consultations with them and then consistently never got a call. I was unable to make pre-payment because they had the wrong email (unbeknownst to me). In the end, they decided to decline rescheduling my appointment (likely due to the number of reschedules but, again, they should have taken the “hey I didn’t get your email” seriously and investigated). They wasted my time, and I would not recommend them.

Amanda Navarro just lied for her argument. Tried illegal moves. The judge told her "you can't do that." Waste everyone time. Than she lost.

Worst law firm

After looking online and talking to a couple of lawyers, I decided to retain Justice Legal Group for my divorce and was assigned to Gabrielle Trejo. I was scared, nervous and had no idea what I was doing as I've never had even worked with a lawyer before even if my case my straightforward (no kids, not a lot of assets). Gabrielle, Bella and Nic all walked with me through the process and answered all of my questions. Everyone was super kind and patient with me which helped me to relax throughout all of this when I had questions or concerns. I loved having access to a client portal where all of communication related to my case was for easy reference and how responsive everyone was when I did have a question or concern. I am forever grateful for their help and have already referred a couple of friends here! Thank you for helping me get my future and last name back 🎉

Save your money & time! My husband and I hired AMANDA NAVARRO in 2020 for a child custody case. Everything was done electronic and via phone & email. (No travel or actual meetings) during our consultation Amanda told me if our case was simple and only filings and such needed to be done and the other party agreed and cooperated, I was looking at around $500 give or take. I provided Amanda with ALL information! Not only for us but for the opposing party as well. She was served via email that I provided as well. The communication after money was little to none. They messed up the drafted order horribly! I mean, opposing info mixed our info. It was bad! Then we were charged for having to call & email them to let them know, and we charged again for them having to fix it! Charged for 30-minute phone calls that took 1-2 minutes. (I have all call logs) at the end of the day, we spent almost $2,500, and the opposing party signed over her rights. Amanda didn't even represent us on the court date. The lady who did had no idea what was going on and couldn't even answer the questions the judge was asking. This law firm is out for money and took advantage of people during covid. I brought up all issues to them and was supposed to be getting a credit on our account. Now, I have a collection agency calling to collect for a balance! I never got a bill. They were sent electronic. No communication what so ever. I've called the office a few times in the past few months to try & obtain Receipts and transactions charged since I no longer have access (imagine that) they will not send me anything. I will be filing a complaint to the board.

What a great experience I’ve had with this firm. Very kind and professional people, made the process very simple and the team here worked tirelessly to get my case resolved. The receptionist here Bella made scheduling my consultation very quick and easy and was very upbeat and happy to help hats off to all of them.

I highly recommend JLG for their courtesy and professionalism. A special shout out to Bella who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions.
