Dedicated Partner for the Journey. I cannot say enough good things about Clarice. I don't often give reviews, but I really was excited for this one. She has been patient and attentive, she really paid attention to the little things we were interested in for our home. She was quick to understand what we were looking for and went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us, including a tractor! Clarice is tenacious and hard-working; I was so lucky to have her in my corner. She provided me with all the information I could ask for, and then some, going through the offer process - including all the objections and negotiations following inspection. Our closing process was rough because of the type of land and the location, Clarice communicated clearly and did the hardest parts for me so that I could have peace of mind. The seller of our home was not fully organized and so there were title issues, plot issues, permitting issues for the septic, remediation work that needed to be completed prior to closing. It was a journey and if not for Clarice & Todd (our lending partner), we would not have made it through. All this to say that if you are looking for a new home, a perfect home, Clarice will get you there, whatever it takes.

First off it was great having Manuel Tenorio by my side through the whole process, he was there to let me know the pros & con of purchasing, he was a real asset & really reliable if there was anything I was unsure about. He briefly went over market values determining weather they were too high or correctly priced etc. He guided me in the right direction I am greatly appreciative to have Manuel Tenorio help me the whole way throughout this entire process. I never thought home ownership would be possible, but then I sat down with Jimmy! . Jimmy took me from a simple lunch over New Mexican food about possibly buying a home to my very own set of keys to a new home in less than a year. In today’s day and age with the affordability of this administration, I was skeptical about affording a home and being approved for one after being denied by so many. Needless to say, I’m a bullet when it comes to credit score, income and DTI. But man, did we face some struggles with the traditional home buying method. We quickly pivoted after exploring new homes and a short month and a lot of guidance and late night conversations, I got a set of keys to my first home! We fought and this man stood in my corner from the start and I really can’t thank him enough. He helped secure a future for me and my family and I couldn’t be more grateful. He was attentive, patient, proactive and didn’t let anything or anyone stand in the way! One of Albuquerque’s finest no doubt. Nothing but great things to say and I believe anyone could trust him with their home sales or purchase. Solid, solid, solid! You won’t be disappointed!
