Dawn was a dream come true when it came to who we chose as our realtor. Buying a house can definitely be a stressful situation, and luckily for us Dawn's expertise and work ethic reduced that stress immensely. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process, and never hesitated to answer the many questions we had. Many of our questions came after normal working hours due to our jobs, and still Dawn was available and made us feel like her number one priority at all times. Her work ethic was almost unbelievable to me. I didn't truly realize how much work must be put into buying a home but Dawn seemed to carry most of that load. She was quick to send us listings, schedule tours (on ALL parts of town), and work through our desires. The house we purchased with Dawn's help will be a longtime home for my wife and I, and the place we will start our family. Of course this meant that we had a lot of wants/wishes for our home. Dawn made sure to pick out the houses that met that criteria, and worked diligently so we did not have to settle on a house that did not meet our wants/needs. I would absolutey recommend Dawn to anyone buying a home or even someone who just has questions about the market. I certainly do not foresee myself buying another home anytime soon - but if/when the time comes I will definitely call Dawn first! She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Wonderful Experience with Jake Higgins. I feel very lucky that when purchasing a new home in Albuquerque I had a realtor that was attentive to what I was looking for. Jake showed me any property I wanted to see. Drove from one side of town to the other. He found problems in some of the homes I would never have noticed because he had good knowledge of home construction. He was pleasant and polite at all times. With his help and knowledge, my husband and I have found our dream home here in Albuquerque. I am sure we will enjoy this home for many years. And he even gave us a very nice house warming gift. And least I forget, he provided me with a checklist of things I needed to do for the closing which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a home.
