Selling my home . Bernadette was the easiest person to work with. She handled the sale of my home and kept me stress free. The sale was fast with couple minor setbacks that were not in her control. I would go back to her time and time again. I understand the business side of things but for her to answer my questions day or night was so helpful for me as I had a lot of questions and she answered them. I’m definitely using her for my house hunting here at the end of the year. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. She is the sweetest most professional person I’ve ever done business with. Thank you Bernadette !!!!

Total service for distant location purchase. Had a great experience with Danielle Martinez as our agent in a purchase of a second home. We were looking for a home with a view of the mountains in our price range in Albuquerque, while we lived in San Antonio. Danielle helped us find the right house, then took care of all the details over the phone and by email. We came into town for the closing, which took 15 minutes, and are so happy with our new home. Don’t use Danielle as your agent if you do you will end up doing all her work while she does nothing.

Excellent . Pat was amazing, she took the reigns from our original agent while he was on vacation. Pat was a bulldog when we needed her to be and she gave great advice when we we're stuck, she helped us find a solution, fast. We are new to the Albuquerque market and she was an excellent guide. After this experience I would not only consider her as our agent, but also as a friend. Thanks for everything Pat.

Ralph is a great real estate agent; he really supported our interests during the home buying process. We leaned on his engineering and construction background during our search, and his familiarity with the ABQ metro area came in handy. Ralph set up showings quickly and was able to recommend and set up the inspections, services, title insurance, etc., necessary to secure our purchase with a good measure of confidence. This was a long-distance purchase and the ABQ market was hot, necessitating our need to act quickly—Ralph supported us the entire time and did a lot of the legwork for us, all the while keeping us informed and assisting with any necessary action required of us. If we have to venture into the real estate market again, Ralph will be our go-to agent.

We had a great experience working with Todd. As first time home buyers, we didn't know exactly what we were getting into. Todd took the time to explain everything each step of the way, made sure we were aware of all options available to us, was quick to respond to all texts/calls/requests to see homes, and always worked to accommodate our schedule. The home search was a long process for us, but Todd was patient and supportive the entire time, and negotiated really well on our behalf when it came time to put an offer/close on our home. We're super grateful for the hand he played in our home buying experience and couldn't have done this without him. We'd use him again in a heartbeat!
