We needed an attorney to change the Personal Rep in a particularly tricky estate situation. We hired Rick Grodner and he was successful in attaining that goal as well as helping us to navigate the steps needed in closing the estate. He was extremely knowledgeable in the steps that needed to be taken, handled all the heirs courteously, but firmly and was very prompt in all his communications with us. I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Rick was very reasonable with his fees. I would give him a A+ for the job he performed, and am very grateful that we hired him

Was able to use Richard Grodner for setting up our wills after getting married, and he even knew some services that would greatly benefit us that we elected to use (setting up a trust) and really appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment and finish all of the needed paperwork.

Never had any issues getting in touch with Rick or receiving a response when not available. I had more than a few odd ball questions that Rick always answered or explained further when I didn't understand the details. Rick prepared some medical PoAs, set up a trust for our home, and a pour over will. When our family expands I'll be contacting him again to update the documentation and ensure everything is squared away.
