Extremely helpful, and finalized my case close to our “demand letter amount” without giving up on me or my kids! His firm was always responsive, and communicated Step by step process- my case was finalized with mediation, and I’m so thankful “we” agreed to fight! We won!

He failed to investigate my daughters cas e for 2 years. He waited till after 2 years to drop her when he should of done it right away. It as I f he was there for the other side. He pulled a low blow below the belt manuver. The case was against another lawyer because of there unruly child that never pays for their horrible actions. My daughter could of lost her life and Vance played with her bad experience. He admitted in the first meeting we had with him that he's heard of this lawyers adult child and her bad reputation and other actions she been involved in. He mad it very clear he was not afraid to go up against this lawyer. I guess alot of lawyers know of her bad behavior and walking away from the law with nothing done.

Mr. Vance was attentive, diligent and even keeled throughout the process of fighting for my case. He exhibits a quiet and calm confidence in what to do and how to prepare. He always gave me the facts and did not BS me with exaggerated promises. He always treated me and my family as people, not a number or a dollar sign. I would recommend his services. They have a very informative staff as well.
