Andrew and Dona really went above and beyond to help me and my family settle our case. I am so thankful for how kind they treated us and how understanding they were. Andrew and Donna made sure to settle my case at the max for the max amount. They always made mine and my family's health their number one priority and made sure to give us the best treatment possible. They always answered my questions and helped me understand everything going on because this Is my first experience with attornes. highly recommend working with Learner and Rowe.

Edit: Please seek your assistance elsewhere. I am very disappointed not only in the waste of time being sent to a chiropractor and then to another injury place where I never saw the Dr. but was given an injection that did nothing, then to never be able to get in contact with them! These folks also know that the most you will get is the max from the other's insurance so why they have you fill out a lengthy limitations sheet is beyond me. You never speak with the attorney it's just the assistant who texts. When it's time to give you the disappointing amount you will be getting they need you to come in and sign in front of their notary and then they say the other insurance is giving XX,XXX amount BUT we will need to take all the chiropractor and injury clinic fees and our percentage. It will 4-5 weeks and it's been that long and still haven't heard a peep from them. Last response was we are waiting to hear from your health insurance and the injury clinic. I don't get the injury clinic....who I saw 1 time! Texted again today and just crickets. Seek your help from someone else please. Was told a check was being mailed out from Arizona and tracking would be provided to me. Then all of a sudden I get a text that says it's being sent via USPS. I ask why a check would be mailed without tracking? Then I am told I would be notified once the check actually is cut and mailed. Now no one is responding, just crickets.
