Rebecca Kitson and her staff provide a safe, comfortable and most of all, professional environment for all seeking assistance in legal immigration matters. The office is family friendly with seating areas equipped with activities to keep young people occupied while important matters are handled with calm, patience and a sense of urgency. The majority of staff is bilingual (spanish/english) and the organization is quick to accommodate those who either do not speak or hear english by bringing in external professional translators. The office is extremely busy and administration goes above and beyond to make sure those that contact are either scheduled or given an alternative organization that can best handle their matter.
