I actually have a compliant on Michelle Baca herself. She was not Professional while I was in court she had a bad attitude and when I actually got denied and was going to have to do another appeal she literally cut me off and decided that she could no longer take my case and really sent me a listing to different lawyers she was so unprofessional and I would never never recommend her to anyone if you want to lose your case then she definitely is the women Michelle Baca ! if you want to win your case I really recommend you find someone else!

2017-Present Day; Had a case years back, professionals and will fight for you. Tragedies happen but they were there first of all, caring and staff did wonderful job in my case.

At first they were on top of it! Michelle Baca very good attorney. The only downside is her people that work for her are very rude and as soon they get paid, they didn't want me calling anymore. I need something that was very inportant.

She didn't help me get disability. I only saw her once in the year that she assigned to be my lawyer.. She's lucky I gave 1 star...

Her office staff is horrible, was told to call them with information after speaking directly to Baca, and they basically refused to properly take the information down. Left a message asking for call back and nothing, had to call them back a week later and the office person refused to talk to me because I said they needed to update medical info. She will have Baca call me back, and I that I was being rude to her so she didn't have to help me.

I was intimidated, terrified and embarrassed to apply for SSD. The staff made it so easy and made me feel so comfortable that all those bad feelings went away. I was fortunate enough to be approved on the first attempt and I truly believe it was in large part due to the knowledge and expertise of Ms. Baca and her staff. I could not recommend them more highly.

THIS IS AN AMAZING FIRM! I had an auto accident last year and wasn't sure where to turn. I had had numerous back surgeries and was fused from my neck to my tailbone. The accident caused my neck to pop and it was soon learned I needed another surgery. I recalled a letter I had received when I was contemplating another issue needing an attorney. I found the letter and it was from KELLER AND KELLER. I called, was immediately helped by a very professional staff and I was so pleased about how they treated me. Someone took all my info and they started working for me immediately. I didn't have to do a thing...and the highlight of it all was working with my Case Manager Juliana Saliese! She was amazing ...staying in touch and informing me of all that was going on. My case is almost complete and I couldn't be more pleased with the firm I chose to help me when I needed it! I had a not so good outcome with Michelle Baca. She met with me one time to tell me to just answer the judge questions and keep answer short so I did thinking she would explain detail and fight for me since I am disabled but she did not. I can not work I have letters from my doctors, neurologists, etc. Stating all my conditions and even Michelle just cause I am 36 thinks I cant be disabled it seems once she met me she seen I was young and gave up. Now that I got denied by the hearing judge she called me to say it was denied and that there is really nothing she can help me with but she will send me a list of other attorney's. How sad that after working so many years and now that I have become disabled and have proof that just cause my age I cant get benefits that I really need to support myself and my children. Thats another reason I got looked at different is cause my children live with me. She does not try and she does not fight for the people that are truly disabled. I do not recommend her at all to anyone. You would think shes a judge the way she judges people how sad people depend on you cause thats what your supposed to do and you let them down.

Very helpful and understanding and helped me so much. I highly recommend Mrs Baca. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
