We hired her as our initial attorney, paid everything in full in regards to a child custody/relocation case. We were told our case would not go in our favor if we continued and that relocation cases are difficult, didn’t know why we were trying in the first place etc etc. We are happy to report that, after firing Melanie, we successfully won our case that was supposed to be “impossible to win”, and living together as a happy family out of state. I do not recommend this attorney for any family law cases.

I have had the misfortune to need the services of a number of different legal firms in the past and I can confidently say that this was one of the best, if not the best, experience I have had. From being very responsive to any questions and concerns I had, being very clear about the options and possible outcomes, I simply couldn't ask for better. Mrs. Rhodes and Tod have been the best legal team I could have possibly ever had. They had impacted my life for not just me but for my children as well. I loved that they didn’t come with an aggressive approach but rather one that was more about being calm and knowing what was right and wrong legally. Although, I was not able to hire them for my legal needs. I was able to get clarification on a lot of questions I had, and pointed in the right direction, as far as next steps and obtaining legal representation. This alone, made me sad that I could not afford their services. However, I will recommend them to friends and family in the future.
