Unresponsive to client inquiries and scheduling
“When I called in for my appointment, I found Ms. Warner was not in and Debra was at lunch. Thinking that maybe I had made an error in the time of the appointment, I left a voice message. One hour later, I called back. I spoke with Debra who initially did not remember the appointment, then upon discovering that indeed the appointment was made at the initial time I had called proceeded to give me an excuse for why I was forgotten about.”
