There aren't enough words to express the gratitude I have for Dusti Harvey, Jennifer Foote and their staff. The Harvey & Foote Law Firm pursued a case involving the wrongful death of my sister. Although there was no amount of money that could undo the suffering my sister endured prior to her death, the settlement we received was more than I could have hoped. The Harvey and Foote law firm settled a wrongful death case for our family involving a nursing home. The process was for me was hard to deal with due to the loss of our loved one. Dusty and her staff eased this by good communication, updates, several scheduled milestones were we had a chance to ask questions and were given the process and what the next phase would bring.
