They do not to proper research in cases as well as misspells names four different ways in one paragraph.

Worst lawyers office ever!!!! They were very professional and understanding our initial visit, I went back and fourth sending receipts and then nothing for months I then call asking what's going on, get a call back asking what we are wanting to do then the following day a letter saying they can't represent us?! Do not waste your time. I wish I could give negative stars. When you are going through probate you don't have any time and these people left us hanging

The first time I went there, everything was fine. When I went to redo my will a couple years later, it was a completely different story. Initially I talked to Cristy and then told her exactly what I needed changed - and she said she was on it. Except she never did do it. So when I had the appointment months later expecting to be able to come in and sign, nothing was ready. I mean nothing. Nada. She hadn’t lifted a finger. I was there for over an hour , sick too because they cancelled before and I needed this done. And still I couldn’t finish signing because they hadn’t finished doing all of their work. I would never recommend Cristy Carbon-Gaul for anything. She is completely unreliable.

Absolutely fantastic lawyer

When I first met Cristy many years ago I was impressed by how approachable she was and she exceeded the expectations I had about what it would be like to work with an attorney to prepare a will. She made suggestions I would have never considered without her involvement and, because she took the time to know what was important to me, she has been effective in helping me keep my will consistent with my wishes as they have changed over the years. I have referred several friends and family members to her, and I highly recommend her for anyone who wants great legal advice from an attorney who listens well, patiently answers questions, and shows genuine interest in making sure client wishes are really understood so they can be effectively implemented.
