I received great help I needed through Patscheck Law firm. Being able to have a one on one discussion with Shellie Patscheck herself gave me great relief. Shellie Patscheck is a life saver! I came to her with an interesting DWI case last summer. I searched through a bunch of lawyers in the Farmington area and decided on her because of her background being a former prosecutor and her superior knowledge of our Constitutional RIGHTS. When I first met to tell her of my case, I was like, just keep me out of jail... because the law system has changed so much these days they can keep you in jail for up to 90 days in misdemeanor cases. She recommended I go have an alcohol evaluation and start counseling immediately which I did. I kept going to my alcohol group meetings while she worked on my case. She kept me relaxed when we had our phone meeting to discuss plans if we had to take it to a court trial or bench trial which also showed me she would fight for me! Her team helped me take care of my MVD hearing as well. Patscheck Law also have a few payment plan options so you don't have to have a huge sum of money up front, so if you don't want to put your life in the hands of a public defender you have options. Well, we ended up not going to court because she got my case dismissed! She also encouraged me to finish my alcohol counseling and get my certificate, which I did as well! Shellie Patscheck and her Team are amazing, and I highly recommend them!
