A consulting of $164.00 for 30 minutes.....a phone call with a response of, "Hello, I reviewed your documents, I do not think I can help.....sorry". I believe that would have been a better experience.

Took $1000 to open LLC. When it didn't go as smoothly as he advised, I asked to meet with him. He declined. I did meet with Accountant who said they were downsizing and I needed to go elsewhere. I NEVER got the LLC and he not only kept my money but sent another bill! Awful way to treat this Senior Citizen.
