Brendon McQuaid was wonderful through the whole process. I didn't know what to expect especially since accident happened in a parking lot. Brendon and everyone else with Zinda walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Was quick to reply back to all my emails even on weekends. My experience was overall great with Zinda Law Group: Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly from start to finish, and my paralegal (Shane) and attorney (Brendan) both did an excellent job answering all of my questions and adequately preparing me for each phase of my accident case. In the end, their efforts helped win a settlement that I’m very happy with. The only downside was having two of my lawyers transfer firms during my case. It was a surprise to me both times and led to some gaps in communication. But I realize this isn’t entirely avoidable, and it wasn’t indicative of my overall experience with Zinda. In the end, I’m still giving 5 stars because of their clear competence, efficiency, and professionalism.
