Definitely recommend! Best attorney and law firm in las cruces! Very professional and helpful with ALL legal matters. All the ladies in the office were very helpful as well as Mr.Cain. If i could rate the Law office of Michael E Cain with negative stars i would. I had to call and remind him on the first day he was supposed to represent me. He showed up later in a T-shirt and green cargo pants to represent me... his office has a very poor attitude as well, they gave me the runaround on my case saying g they would write an affidavit out for me and they never did. He forgot to show up to several hearings, and all he ever did was file a motion to push the case out another month or longer. He claims to be professional but he is the furthest thing from it. Today I told the judge with Michael Cain on the phone as well that I have had the poorest legal representation i have ever had. You are better off representing yourself, in that case at least you will know whats going on.

I would never recommend Michael Caine law office. They don't preform like they promise you. When you call very seldom will they answer the phone it goes to voicemail and if your lucky you might receive a return call very unlikely though. If you set up a conference call with Caine his assistant is on the call also if she doesn't like how the conversation is going she starts getting loud and unprofessional. He does not stop her and once you finally had enough and hang up you hear nothing back from them. He drags the case out so he can charge more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please run to another law office.

He is one of the best public defender in town I ever seen. He save me from a big problem so ppl put me and my girl in thanks to him we are back to gether like a family should be. # THANK YOU MICHAEL E CAIN
