Ms. Van Cott is an awesome attorney. Her staff was so helpful and answered all my questions and being very supportive.

Mrs. Van Cott and her team are absolutely amazing. Custody issues are so exhausting, and they are 100% the people you want by your side during the most difficult times. Without going into too much detail, Mrs. Van Cott was able to get my son back to me just days before Christmas. She and her team went above and beyond for me and my family. We had to travel 14 hours back to New Mexico, during that time she made sure to pick my son up for me, and make him feel as safe and secure as possible, providing whatever he needed at the time. After he was removed from us, I was extremely overwhelmed and lost, as one would be in a situation like that, but they made things SO easy on me. They handled everything and I couldn’t be more thankful. It only took them one day to get my son back to me. Sarah and her team are extremely knowledgeable and are always sure to be in communication with me. I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for us, and while the battle isn’t over I’m grateful to have an attorney like her by our side.

Stay far away from she will steal your money. She will not show up to hearings or get dates wrong and show up on the wrong day. She's evil and lies and will tell you ways to lie to manipulate the courts. Her entire staff has quit on her and she used covid and her husband's accident to make excuses for everything.
