My experience may be different from others as COVID had a great effect on the court system as well as the office with initial hiccups coming from the transition to a private practicing. After initial set up though communication has been honest and fair when the circumstances have allowed progress. Overall happy with my experience and hope to see this office grow and establish even better foundations so others have a place to turn when they need legal help as I did.

I can honestly say that Sarah is amazing. She has and is working with my family on some really tough things. Family law is I believe one of hardest things any family should go through, but having Sarah on my families side has made us feel represented and she really cares. I have personally met her and after speaking with her and seeing what she had done I know our family did right by hiring Sarah. This has been a rough time for our family, but having Sarah at Advanced Legal Resolutions on our side, it takes the worry from my and my families mind. When folks break apart, it sure is not easy when trying to figure things out. It is overwhelming and confusing, but having Sarah in our families lives, representing our little girls, then I know we made the right choice. She is professional and has a beautiful soul. She really wants to help us and she has and will continue to do so. Thank you Sarah and your great office staff for being a part of our family team.

Sarah has been our lifeline. We are still going through what will be something for a long time and knowing Sarah is with us brings us peace. From day one, she has been a rock for us and our family and she has seriously gone above and beyond what I expected and she still does. She has a busy practice but always makes times for us. I am new to the legal world in this situation and Sarah has always been up front and honest about each and every situation. What I think others may fail to see is that though Sarah does an amazing job, some things may and are out of her control. Accountability and communication are key in any relationship and this is true for the client and attorney. We struggle with comprehension of most things until Sarah is able to explain in terms we all understand. Sarah has been up front with us and been there for us. The passion she feels and gives stems from her heart. She is a dedicated mother of four and yet as she changes her hat to attorney, she remains professional, persistent and reliable and compassionate. Family law is I think one of most difficult types of law there is and having Sarah there to explain, guide and stand by our side takes the anxiety and apprehension away and keep us focused on what we need. As I said, this is not over, we are vested only in about 6 months, but, there is a long road ahead. Having Sarah and the team at Advanced Legal Resolutions, makes us feel the Sarah and the team are here for the best outcome for not only the custody and support, but all other topics. We are so pleased and blessed to have found this amazing lady and her team to care so much for our family. She remains passionate and dedicated and knowing she is on our side and the side of our children brings a sense of relief in this already confusing and stressful time. Sarah on our side, advocating for us and doing all she can is why I recommend her to everyone I know and have met in this journey and they have all been equally as pleased. Always grateful.

After almost a year I was finally able to get everything done for my daughters adoption, which I know stuff like this takes time but the amount of issues that kept coming up was just crazy. The lawyer kept having people quit on her like five times throughout the time working with her. I would never get updates I always had to call and see where the case stood and what needed to be done in order to get things moving. Not only did I not know she charged to respond to my emails when needed updates it would take at least two weeks to get a response. I understand she had gotten COVID but no one ever informed the clients. And I never new where my case even stood. But even after she got better it was still one excuse after another. Then she would send me updated that had nothing to do with my case. I had gotten three updates and forms from other cases they did not belong to me it was directly from her too so it wasn’t the staff so to be charged for that those times and client confidentiality being exposed it always made me wonder how many times she sent my information out too. At the end it seemed so unorganized and I had so many issues getting the new birth certificate because the lawyer of the office workers wouldn’t send me what I needed to apply for the new birth certificate and they didn’t help guide me at all on how to do it. It took another 6 months to finally get the new birth certificate on my own. Due to missing information it was one excuse after another with this place.

Sarah is so caring and immediately made me feel at ease when speaking with her. She was understanding of my situation and helped every step of of the way. She was constantly reassuring me even when my ex's attorney was being difficult. I got everything I requested in court and more. Thank you again for all of your help.

I would like to thank Sarah and her staff for the patience and help I received. My husband and i decided not to get a divorce after all. I called Advance Legal and I received a refund check and Sarah even waived some of the fees. Thank you so much Sarah, Judith/Judy, and everyone else that helped me with the questions I had during this process.

Guess this the only way to let public know through this email so In regards to family member j sierra, like to address that this attorney took Advantage of j.sierra milked her dry an left her grandkids in Mesilla valley hospital knowing that the child loves his grandma. It was heart wrenching, hurt, pain,we all went though. S. Vancott did not do her job. S.vancott save your long paragraph speech to someone who cares. She's not about the children but about BENJAMIN FRANKLIN!!! This goes out to the grandmother j.sierra we stand behind you don't give up there's better attorneys that care.

Sarah Vancott is an outstanding lawyer at office and in court. She has represented me twice with custody issues and other issues at hand and has done an excellent job.
