This is Dr.Roy.I had an opportunity to be in the court of the then Hon’ble Judge Baca on my licensure case(2001).I have yet to see or find an open minded brilliant legal scholar like Judge Theodore C. Baca. In my opinion, If there is any fairness still remaining in the field of law in New Mexico, that’s because of men like Judge Baca in the horizon of south western sky. We pray for his well being under the shadows of the great Almighty.
