What a wonderful staff and law firm. Mr. Kraft and Lori are professional and kind people. Mr. Kraft sat down with us and listened to everything we had to say, and provided excellent feedback and help with our situation. Lori was extremely diligent and friendly and kept us updated in every way, to include calling us directly when the office email server had temporarily gone down. Rick Kraft with the support of his staff successfully represented me in a difficult, involved and sometimes convoluted matter. Honest attorney, I know that's rarely heard of, but he is. He only charges the time he actually uses. He is very informative, and explains everything in detail if need be. Him and his staff are wonderful 👍. Highly recommend him than anyone in Carlsbad NM!!
