I wouldnt recommend Mr Hightower to anyone unless they were my worst enemy and they were sueing me....easy win. He delibrilatley lied about work he performed and other things he said he was doing on my behalf and on my case. I called to verify such work/documents and Mr Hightower never completed or filed as he stated. But according to his word and billing ledger he did. He very poorly represented another case I'm familiar with....Honestly, I think he was working for the "other guy." It was literally pathetic....When asked to provide proof of documents he supposedly filed, and other documents I requested for verification, he never sent or emailed them as agreed on more than one occasion....when asked for my client file, I received ONLY what I submitted...no less and no more. He did nothing other than lie and bill for things he didn't do or follow through with as he stated. Mr Hightower may be able to push paperwork, and I say this lightly. But if you're looking for an attorney to defend you, Mr Hightower is not for you.

Word of advice dont hire Clayton Hightower ! He is nothing but a liar and a conartist only out for your money ! I dont know where he got all these 5 star reviews but dont believe them ! He ripped my girlfrien and I off with over 9800.00 , didnt do any work at all just lied to us over and over again ! Charged her 3500 to supposidly file with the EEOC and Human Rights division , didnt do none of it ! He just lied and said he did . This dude is a strait up scumbag ! In response to your comment : the courts ruleing had nothing to do with the fact that you charged for work you said you did and charged substantialy for but didnt do any of it ! Where are the documents you supposibly filed . Is it standard practice not to give your clients copies of documents you supposibly file on there behalf ? We requested those at the end of january and still havent recieved them ... But you sure charged for them .

Clayton Hightower is an excellent attorney and his staff works hard for you. Only thing is takes a long time for his office to return phone calls and messages.
