If I could leave no stars I would. This lawyer made literally a lot of money off of me, in fact $4,000 and failed me miserably. Instead of fighting for my rights he said a plea bargain was the best coarse of action. Regardless of innocence or not a lawyer should fight for you! I agree with the others that say this law firm is not worth your time or money. Why do I say that? The exact same charge was filed on me a "second time" and an awesome public defender out of Carlsbad proved my innocence with a jury trial, which might I add could have been done on the charge Mr. Ragsdale represented me on, instead he did not do his job!

Literally the worst bottom of the barrel lawyer you could come across. Lazy and incompetent, couldn't even manage to get the facts right for a simple case. He's unprepared, uncaring, and a complete waste of money. Beware of this guy he comes across like he is professional but he was the complete opposite, wasn't even man enough to talk to me on the phone or face to face when I had an issue with him, that puts into prospective what kind of person he really is. I'm not sure what's worse his staff or him, they took months to send me important court papers, whatever you do, don't trust this guy with anything. I'm not sure how he's even still practicing law. Adding to Luke's reply to this review I will say that this man is the worst liar in the word, he says I wrote this a year after representation? I literally just got my money back from him last week, after he got his feelings hurt over me telling people how horrible of a lawyer he is, of course i got my money back a week after I had been asking for it, he says he met with me over a dozen times when i have invoices that prove I only seen him TWICE in his office, and the one time he came to court unshaven and appearing disheveled. I guess business is just not what it use to be if he had to try and keep my money, but like I said his further reply full of his lies really shows his true colors. Definitely not a trustworthy guy at all, once again BEWARE.

I was falsely charged with two high count felonies and hired Mr. Ragsdale from start to finish him and his team made sure i understood everything in full meaning, their professionalism remained the same throughout the process and they fought for my rights and i won both my cases. Trust this firm they saved my life (jobs,homes) and gave me my life and sanity back. Thank you.

Very please with the results from this firm. Luke and his team are very informative and does the due diligence to make sure your rights are exucueted they care about the person you are not just a number.

No sense of urgency to look into potential case . It cost me representation due to the lackadaisical effort by KAY!! Very rude with no sense of compassion or concern about our case. BEWARE!!!
