I had a situation with a landlord on Canyon Rd who had kept my deposit, despite a verbal agreement to break my lease early. My reason for doing so was based on his inability to make the necessary repairs promised. And he had not even itemized the requisite forms, as is legal. Attorney Jonathan Woods at Prince, Schmidt, Korte, & Baca noticed this and, without having to go to court, brokered a settlement between myself and my former landlord that was reasonable and fair - and in a matter of weeks. I cannot recommend him and his firm highly enough and intend to retain Jonathan's services if any other legal matters come up in the future!

I recently have been going through a settlement dealing with an insurance company that I’d rather not name. This insurance company made everything very stressful and made everything very unreasonable.
