My initial impression of Mr. Day was excellent. I am facing a BS charge from NMDGF and offered to pay Mr. Day the retainer up front. His response was to direct all contact to him, and we will discuss any retainer if there is a charge filed. That's true professionalism and client service.

John Day is detail oriented, presents himself well in courtroom settings, and is fantastic at conveying information to Judges, Jury members, peers, media personnel, and to people in general. Well i don't know how good he is but...I called to get an appointment to meet with him and he asked for $2500 up front. . I was like "so you won't even look at the case or tell me where we stand its just $2500 to see you"?? hahahahaha yes ma'am you can think about it and call me back...Okay Thank you hahahha
