John Sloan cares about his clients. I cried to him too many times. And to his staff. Hard struggles. Hot, messy, sobbing tears…struggling to keep it together.. losing my mind crying over losing a loved one and the impact it had on myself and everyone else I loved while I struggled to hold the family together. I was seriously a hot mess. Still am. Still figuring things out. But I’ve made it this far due to their back up. They got me past the roughest bits. Got more coming. It’s a process. I met Mr. Sloan at the lowest point in my life and he was so kind and understanding everything and did everything he could to help. So did his team. Emma. Beverly.. folks whose names I can’t recall because I was so lost and sobbing half the time. You know who you are. You’re all my heroes. Very professional and on point even with the little details that never occurred to me. And all the while still heart warming with care at the same time. They meant business and handled it like the bosses they are. It took so much weight off my shoulders to be able to trust them with something so very important. They never once judged me for struggling. They just helped. They are helpers! More than I could have expected and asked for. And they still check in to see how I’m doing. There’s a lot of heart and soul put into this by John Sloan and his team. I love every one of them to bits. And hope I never have to use them again. But if I did, they are who I would call.
