Couple of former "friends" of mine used my name on a commercial lease as a guarantor, without my knowledge. They vacated the property and the leasing company tried to sue me for almost a year of unpaid rent. After much stress in finding representation, I happened to come across the services of David Shelle. Everything immediately became clearer, stress mitigated, and his responsiveness throughout the entire process was certainly timely. We are pleased with the outcome, and found our representation to have been extremely positive. Definitely will recommend his services to others.

A well organized law firm and dedicated to there clients.

Well we had a free phone consultation with Jay Goodman. He was 1 hour late in calling but how can you complain when it's a free consult. I was assured our case was strong & his right hand man Peter Brusco would handle our case. A few days later we received a call from David Shelle saying he was assigned our case instead of Peter who was tied up on another case. We said okay we could meet with him in their office. Later we were billed a total of $60.00 to schedule this appointment. We met for an hour and got billed for 11/2. We were billed at least 4 times for brief email communications & one of those was to correct misinformation on David's part. These charges were not consistent and over the top from $20.00-$100.00. He produced an opinion letter for $750.00. David billed us for a total of $1400.00 & hadn't even started actual case work. Our retainer was $3500.00 & he wanted us to replenish the $1400.00 to even get started. We do not recommend this law firm unless you have endless funds. It seems they get your retainer, use it up frivilously. Peter took over when we complained about the way our retainer was being billed & he has been dragging his feet at returning our remaining retainer + they are only intending to return ..approx. 250.00 on the bogus billings.

I tried handling things on my own and quickly found myself in over my head. This firm really provided great comfort in a tense situation. I was thoroughly pleased with the representation and the results.
