Jay spent a lot of time speaking with me to understand my needs , I really appreciated his willingness to explain things during a phone consultation.

Due to a zero score not being available, I warn anyone dealing with this firm of "charlatans" whom have exhausted nearly $5000 for a simple divorce filing, is not only unprofessional but unacceptable as well. I will be reporting the firm to the State Bar of New Mexico immediately. This by far, is the worst experience I have had dealing with any type of attorney/firm in my life.

Over the last 3 months I have called multiple times and spoken to a few people. They always take my information and say they'll call me back, but they never do. The last time I called, I let the lady I spoke to know and they assured me they would mark the case as urgent and I would get a call back that same day. Here we are a week later and still no call back. I even tried emailing and still no response. I have a very simple task but they obviously don't want my business. I've tried giving them multiple chances to redeem themselves. Poorest customer service in Santa Fe...
