We have had since 2005 a positive experience with Mr. Haas and all the Associates in the office each staff member has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure that we are comfortable whenever we have had cause to visit. We appreciate that Mr. Haas and Mr. Zaltz has spent time to listen to our concerns and explain and provide answers to our questions with our best interest at heart with future plans for our family.

Dee Austin has been amazing and instrumental in the settling of my sisters estate. During this very difficult time she made things easy. I did not live locally and she made everything work long distance which was such a relief not having to travel in order to get the estate settled. She is very knowledgeable and would answer any question promptly. She is top notch. She kept me posted on everything having to do with the estate. I was so lucky to find someone to trust and know that things would get done.

Ms. Dee Austin was invaluable in setting up my sister's estate when she passed away and we were all distraught. Even though we do not live locally, she expertly handled the sale of my sister's condominium and accommodated us through email to get the paperwork done. She was extremely responsive by email or phone. Bottom line, she got done everything we asked of her.

Dee, a paralegal at Haas & Zaltz, helped me navigate a complex government agency to obtain services my mother needed. She was strong with the agency when needed, but patient with me, answering my questions patiently and radiating calm. Long after services were tended, she was available to answer questions and never treated me like a stranger. I never was made to feel like a bother or silly for reasking the same questions.
