Helped with a very strange and somewhat embarrassing case involving estranged family members. Was always very compassionate and polite. Was always willing to take the time to explain the options and really stood up for us when the opposing counsel tried bullying tactics. Every action he took while working on our case was directly in line with our desired outcome. His conduct in the courtroom was exceptional and eventually led to the outcome we hoped for.

Came highly recommended. Told us what we needed to know, not just what we wanted to hear. Has high integrity, extremely professional and courteous. Was readily available at all times throughout the entirety of our case. We would have Joe represent us again if ever needed.

After crawling through a very draining and demeaning family court case, utilizing three different lawyers previously and feeling overly defeated- Joseph came to our rescue. He was dedicated and proactive from the first appearance. His skills and ideas were immediately beneficial towards our position in the case. After having been previously poorly represented I was sure I couldn't bounce back and get the fair trial that I deserved. Joseph never gave up, guiding me in the right direction around every twist and turn. While my case was settled on at our day of trial, Joseph made it all happen. I had a consultation with Mr. Drescher regarding a potential revision to an original Family Court support and custody order. Joe was extremely prompt. He got back to me within hours of contacting him. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely compassionate and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the law, how things worked, and what my options were. I was fortunate enough to come to an agreement with my son’s father outside of court for now, so I will not be filing for a revision at this time. I was extremely confident in Mr. Drescher and would certainly hire him in the future, if the need should arise.
