Randall Kehoe was my attorney from 1995 to 2008. About myself, in 2016 I was the Democratic Congressional Candidate in Knoxville TN, my attorney here is a former US Senate Candidate, my former business partner is an attorney and I have two nephews in NYC that are lawyers, one is a judge. Having said that Randy Kehoe is the best attorney I know. However he is not for everyone. If you are going to an attorney to vent your issues and want to be cuddled in a luxurious office and served Earl Grey tea while you seek vindication by telling your long rambling story, Randy is not for you. Randy keeps his storefront office in the REAL neighborhoods of Albany and practices law for the people. His fees are incredibly reasonable. When you walk into his office you will probably be speaking to Randy directly. He is an incredible source of information. I have seen Randy in many cases have someone walk in, they state the legal problem, and he tells them exactly what to do. If he files no papers his consult is free and he has given you the same information you would have received with a 1500 dollar consult at another law office. I have to tell this story. Randy was handling my divorce and my wife spent tens of thousands of dollars for what she was told was the best lawyer in Schenectady. On the trial date Randy arrived at the court house early and a large group of young attorneys formed around him. They were all consulting him on appeals cases they were involved with; Randy helped each and every one of them. When my wife’s attorney showed up late, it was clear to all who had the best attorney See Randy can argue cases before the highest state courts. He is certified for Capital cases and his family is steeped in the long tradition of the law in Albany. If you don’t get what Randy is doing that’s your loss. What he is doing is providing excellent legal services to an underserved population. If you want to talk, maybe you want to go someplace else. Randall has helped my family for many years resolve traffic violations. Trust me you will not be disappoint using Randall.

I highly recommend Randall Kehoe. He helped me turn a Guilderland NY speeding ticket into a VTL 1201 0A stop/park violation, with no points on my license, and it does not even appear on my driver history. Didn't have to go to Guilderland Town Court, he takes care of everything for you. Now just have to go pay the parking ticket fine $125 + surcharge $25 at the town court, and it's all done.

I got a speeding ticket a few years ago and never made the court date and had my license suspended in NY. I'm from MA, so never had time to travel to NY to resolve. I contacted Randall, he explained the process and gave me a reasonable quote and had my license reinstated in 24 hours so I didn't have to worry about it. Randall handle court date for me 30 days later, so I didn't have to travel. Court date went exactly as Randall explained, my 6 point speeding ticket for going 92mph was reduced to 2 point non-speeding violation. Bottom line Randall made the process painless and delivered as promised, highly recommend.

Since Randall was able to have my case dismissed, I didn't have to pay any court fees! It's true that he is abrupt, but who cares? I wasn't paying him to read me a bedtime story.

I received a speeding ticket that would have translated to a hefty hefty fine. I contacted Mr Kehoe's office and within minutes he called me back, gave me a quick rundown of the possible outcomes, and the if I went with his service I would be in good hands. I opted to hire him and he sent and email containing an affidavit which I signed and returned to him. Fast forward a month and I receive a second email saying my ticket was reduced to parking on pavement. Mr Kehoe is fast and efficient and gets the job done.

On 18 November 2017, I received a speeding ticket in the town of Mamakating, NY. After talking with three different law offices, I chose Mr. Kehoe. He was straightforward, honest, and direct with me in a very understanding way. He told me the risks, his fees, and what to reasonably expect. After I had hired him, I was very pleased that both his paralegal/administrator and Mr. Kehoe followed up with me via email, phone call, and even text!! :-) Once I handed him over the ticket and my personal info, there was nothing else that I needed to do. They were able to reduce my 21+ mph over the limit ticket down to a 0-pt. parking ticket. To say that they have saved me money is a huge understatement - I saved over $500 at a minimum based on the charges I was facing. In short, you can trust them and you would thank yourself many times for hiring an experienced, winning lawyer.

Have had occasional traffic tickets with 5 drivers in family. Mr. Kehoe's firm has always provided outstanding service for us.

I have used Randall for several moving violations and the result is always a great deal! Plus he has saved me $ on points and insurance and dmv fines etc etc.... He emails and scans and gets right back to you with simple instructions of what he needs and he takes care of everything.
