They make you feel very welcomed at first, but pay close attention to your bill. They had turned my case over to another attorney, which they had me have multiple calls to catch him up to speed, then suddenly all this money out of my retainer was gone and when i looked at the bill they charged me for this. This is unethical, you switched attorneys and had ME catch him up and then charged me for it in the middle of a seperatio. Very disappointed. I contacted another attorney to take my case going foward, who also suggested I persue it, but who ever wins aganist a lawyer? So i figured im out the money but at least i can warn other single moms that work really hard for their money and trust these attorneys to do right for them, so please pay close attention to your bill, and if they try to switch on you, id start the conversation with im not being billed for this correct, as this isnt advancing my case in anyway. I have learned my lesson.

Although I did not end up retaining their services, I did have a meeting and I was amazed at how personable and friendly their staff is. I was in a very difficult place, and was very grateful for the advice that I received and just a kind person to listen to me even without retaining their services. They obviously care a lot about what they're doing and will try their best to help you.

Beware if you ever authorize a payment for ANYONE at this group. Apparently, Kara thinks it’s legal to automatically charge credit cards without legal authorization to their clients accounts. After I had to educate this law firm employee on the legality and ramifications of her actions she reversed the charge. As a disabled veteran and single mother, I am disgusted at the flipent and nonsensical response I received from this individual. Now I have to wait for my money to be returned to me! Saying they would cover fees incurred if anything bounces or doesn’t go through. This inappropriate behavior could damage an innocent individuals credit. Beware!

They handled my case very promptly and orderly, though in the end I didn't actually get a divorce.

Kaitlyn was my attorney. She was very knowledgeable on family law and knew the answers to all of my questions and concerns. She also was familiar with my judge and my son's attorney which ended up being very helpful and got us out of the court system that much faster because she knew exactly what to expect from them.

I've been trying to get the balance of my retainage refunded for the last 2 weeks without success. Have placed 4 phone calls and none were returned. Terrible customer service is their best attribute!

Terrible experience. Money is their main focus, not the best interests and welfare of their client. Ineffective, disorganized, and poor follow through. I would not recommend.
