I went to the Colwell Law Group to find an Attorney for my divorce. I feel very fortunate, to have found Attorney, Marissa Gordon. For the last 10 months I have gone through a horrible divorce, which has been the worst experience of my life. Marissa has been one of the few positives during this horrendous ordeal. Marissa is an exceptional, thoughtful, caring Attorney & person. Anytime I had a question via phone, email or had to meet in person, Marissa would get back to me very quickly or be willing to meet with me ASAP if needed. Living in NY, as a man, going through a divorce, I was not expecting a great outcome, however Marissa fought on my behalf, and far exceeded my expectations. She is an expert in Matrimonial Law and will fight for you every step of the way. Marissa’s professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding. Marissa made the process of this horrible experience, seem not so bad. I just can’t thank Marissa and the Colwell Law Group enough, for helping me through this awful time. I like the starting process here. You don’t have to pay a few hundred dollars initial consultation fee just to understand how the lawyers to handle your case. Instead, you meet with a very experienced customer relationship person to take the background information and arrange the legal support for you. I met with Linsey and very much impressed with her professionalism and compassion. She’s knowledgeable, responsible, and cares. I’m happy with the experience.

I retained Anthony Sokolowski, 17 months into my divorce and custody case. I could not have made a better decision. Thankful for all those i encountered at the firm, but more importantly thankful for Anthony's understanding, and flexibility because this was a tough case, he took it on without even knowing the history of 17 months.

Through a yearlong and difficult divorce, Anthony Sokolowski was a skilled attorney who helped me navigate the most challenging aspects of a divorce and custody battle.
