Di was recommended by a realtor when I was looking for a lawyer for deed transfer. I did not know anything about Di at that time so other than the realtor’s recommendation, I also checked other possibilities like other lawyers, DIY kind business, etc. I would say it now to anyone who is shopping around for a lawyer in the real estate field – save yourself time to look around if you find Di! 😊 I now truly appreciate the realtor who recommended Di, even though I haven’t had chance to thank him directly yet. Not only Di’s charge was very fair - it can even complete the “We the People”, the half self-service one, with which you would have to do lots of work yourself, but her services is beyond excellent. Di is VERY professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, easy to communicate with, and most of all, she is a lawyer with human’s heart and emotions, instead of a money-making machine, like some lawyers I have experienced for the last few years. Her problem-solving skill is excellent. Using her knowledge and intelligence, the tricky issue got solved nicely, and the transfer was completed smoothly. The experience with her far exceeded my expectation. I’d give her 6 stars instead of 5 for her service if there is an option.
