I sought a consultation/second opinion and believed all my questions were addressed. I presented various issues and documents beforehand for review. However, it appears they were not examined at all. I would have preferred a more focused conversation, rather than questioning and receiving confirmation that my initial lawyer's advice was likely accurate.

Stay far away from them complete crooks. A license to steal your money . Avoid at all cost . Actually I wouldn't even give them a star . How about a thumbs down

Interaction with Cordell & Codell was always prompt and very professional. I like the fact that I was able to work with 2 different offices in 2 States to resolve my matter.

Missed a court hearing because Lawyer did not communicate of hearing taking place after I had submitted documents and assumed all was taken care of. My lawyer pawned off job to another lawyer and that second lawyer communicated with me while already in the court, not knowing who he was and what was happening. Firm charged me for the travel time of second lawyer and his time in the court where myself and defendant were not present as we were both under the impression all was settled and good to go. Refund process was a nightmare and not equitable. Another situation where I had sent documents to main lawyer to have it redone in legal jargon and he sent me back my exact same file like he did something lol. Had to call him out to then re do it. When I began services hourly was at one rate, mid way through process they increased the rate. And my original rate was already higher than the lowest rate they offered. I only worked with them, diddnt shop around as I was desperate to gain rights with my son. I shouldve done more due diligence. If you are in need of legal services, there may be a better solution for you.
