Cons
1
Firm can be expensive and aggressive with billing
“They make you feel very welcomed at first, but pay close attention to your bill. They had turned my case over to another attorney, which they had me have multiple calls to catch him up to speed, then suddenly all this money out of my retainer was gone.”
2
Communication and responsiveness can be lacking at times
“There was a lack in communication in later weeks, but having added a 2-star review, that has since changed. Sometimes you just have a to light a fire to get them moving.”
3
Clients may be assigned to multiple attorneys over the course of a case
“I was assigned a new attorney after James Lesperance left (Heather Harp). Well, Heather has also left the firm. Now I am on my third attorney 8 months in with no resolution to my case and THOUSANDS of dollars spent.”
4
Some attorneys may not be as effective or experienced as expected
“They did NOTHING but hemorrhage money on me, they got NOTHING accomplished, and belittled my case!”
5
Firm may not always prioritize the client's best interests
“All they want is money. Almost all of our retainer was used on short emails and 2 virtual court visits where our attorney wouldn't even ask or say what we wanted.”
