“The new need was done, I recieved notice in Oct 2021, WITH MY MARRIED NAME ON IT!!!!! I could have just done this after the divorce was final as long as I had it in my decree. Then the final decree came from her, it was ripped and had a water stain on it and the name on it is wrong, when I called I was told 'This is how your husbands lawyer sent it to us' well not true in part as the water stain was on their letter head!!!.”
