We were referred to this law firm, and we are so happy that we hired them. We had some legal issues that required a certain type of lawyer, and Joe Gerstenzang was exactly who we needed. Joe truly is honest, knowledgeable and kind. He really cared to know how we wanted to handle the situation. Joe laid everything out for us from the beginning, so there were no surprises on our end in regards to price and possible outcomes. He cared to make sure that we understood the whole process. Unfortunately I put myself in a situation where I needed to avail myself of a top caliber DUI attorney/firm. Fortunately, as a former civil litigator in New York, I knew to retain Gerstenzang, Sills, Davis, Cohn & Gerstenzang. Thanks to their skill and reputation, the result arrived at in my case could not have been any better. This was achieved prior to having to go to trial. I was apprised, informed and counseled throughout the entire process by the attorney handling my case, Joe Gerstenzang. Generally I do not recommend or refer very readily, especially for matters that are so vital, as I feel a certain sense of responsibility which is beyond my control. That being said, if you find yourself arrested for DUI, your first and only call for legal representation should be to Gerstenzang,Sills,Davis,Cohn & Gerstenzang.

As we all know life situations happen and I've found myself with 3 DWI's within 25 years.
