Wow where do I start I guess this is how my story went. I'm a 41 year old man who was at the end of his rope and was ready to throw it all in for a different hand till a friend of mine recommended Peter and his firm. I gave it one last shot and spoke to Peter personally and he told me to come in for a consultation which I did. I didn't see any good in this consultation I was for sure I was going to jail and I would lose joint custody of my children. I met with members of Peters firm and explained my case to them with the feeling of them telling me I was in a know win situation but I was wrong they broke every little detail down and by the time I left the consultation I was a new man with nothing but hope and staying alive. They didn't only make me feel like a man again they never judged me and gave me hope and belief that they would do the best job possible for me and wow they didn't only do that they got my charge reduced not my first charge to mind you it was a second offense of a dwi which I had the first one dropped to a dwai and they showed me promise that they could get the second one dropped as well and they did. I would like to thank Peter and his firm for not only doing a great job but for making me feel like the man I'm today and the father they abled me to be for my boys I owe you all more then money I owe you a lifetime of memories you have allowed me to share with my boys you all are recommended from me there is never another firm I would ever recommend to anyone thanks to the great work and the out most professionalism you all showed. So whoever in there write mind would give Peter and his firm a one star is either someone who had hired someone else with regrets of not hiring Peter and his firm but for the man Peter G who practically wrote the laws on DWI S and who has taught the State of NY and all of the law enforcement agencies on DWI S is far from a one star candidate he is above 5 stars as well my hat is off to you Peter and the great firm you have built.

Mr. Gerstenzang represented a friend of mine in a DUI case and got him a great outcome. The firm was also happy to assist with follow-up issues pertaining to getting a conditional license. Mr. Gerstenzang has a great reputation in the legal community as well - he basically "wrote the book" on DUI law. I would highly recommend this law firm.
