After several years of having NYS and the IRS chasing me for past taxes due which I created by not filing, I hired tax attorney Mr. Hart to assist me in rectifying my issues. Mr. Timothy Hart is a very competent and conscientious Income tax Attorney and CPA. Mr. Hart LISTENED to every word that I said concerning my situation. this guy is awful, he is very rude, says oh my fee includes anything until this is settled, what a story, didn't return my phone calls, and please, he calls it a law group, he rents a single office in a large building, has no staff at all, the phone is answered by someone at the main switch board in the building which answers phone calls for 100 other people, save you time, and money, go some place real

Tim worked very hard with me to resolve an issue with the IRS that involved the tragic untimely death of my best friend, my brother Melvin.My brother and I had planned on a local dive business and had started actively making plans when he died unexpectedly. To add insult to injury Hurricane Irene passed through our area and destroyed records associated with the first years business income and expenses.The agent wouldn't hear any of that, kept demanding records and proof.
