Karen Arndt a Guru of Social Security laws, regulation's, and process. Sunny Lee a Guru in Workers Compensation together took on my case. They are responsive to any and all inquiries. Hi. My name is Allen Weaver. I was hurt at work sometime back in August of 2009 with a back injury, then side affects from my surgery as well as. It's been a long and ongoing battle between myself, my wife and the insurance company in this worker's comp. case. As of June 2 of 2020, I was going to lose my payments from them because the allotted time period was about to run out. Unfortunately, I ended up with further complications from my condition and felt the insurance company was taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of this system.
